The Class of 86 set of Uturu Secondary School, has sent their warm felicitations to one of their own, Dr. Okechukwu Ogah on his election as the Chairman of Pan-African Society of Cardiology (PASCAR)’s Heart Failure Task Force team.
In a press statement by the set’s protem Chairman, Emmanuel Eze, the old students expressed happiness at the strides of their mate at the medical profession.
The statement read, “We, the 1986 set of Uturu Secondary School in Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia state, Nigeria, write to congratulate one of our mates, Dr. Okechukwu Ogah, on his recent election as the Chairman of the Pan-African Society of cardiology (PASCAR)’s Heart Failure Task Force.
“Your recent elevation and other great promotions you have gotten so far, still point to the fact that you have always been a genius.
“We saw this exclusive excellence in you during our academic sojourn at Uturu secondary school, and you have continued to maintain the same strides!
“May the Almighty God continue to keep, protect and elevate you even to the climax of your professional position.

In the same vein, the Dean of the Faculty of Clinical Sciences, FCS, University College Hospital, University of Ibadan, extended his hearty congratulations to Dr Okechukwu Ogah on his election as the Chair of the Pan-African Society of Cardiology (PASCAR)’s Heart Failure Task Force.
The Dean noted that “By the preferment, Dr Ogah will play a pivotal role in strengthening collaborative networks of heart care experts across the continent. And also advancing PASCAR’s mission to improve cardiovascular health in Africa through research, education, advocacy, and clinical excellence.

Dr. Okechukwu Ogah had his secondary education at Uturu Secondary School, Uturu, Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State. He had his University education at the prestigious University College Hospital, University of Ibadan.
