The Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani, has officially performed the groundbreaking construction of a 14.8km dual road project in the Millennium City, Chikun Local Government Area (LGA) of the State.
The ceremony, which took place at Danbushiya Junction, signals the commencement of the 14.8 kilometers road project. When completed, the road will connect Danbushiya to other axis in the Millennium City.
In his keynote address, Governor Sani emphasized his administration’s commitment to infrastructure development in the State. He highlighted the role of the project in driving economic growth and improving the quality of life of citizens.
The Governor, therefore, assured the public that the project will be delivered on time and within budget. He noted that fiscal discipline is needed to demonstrate the Government’s dedication to efficient project management.
The company handling the project, Thinklas Group, is a renowned conglomerate with expertise in housing development, finance solutions, and infrastructure.
The Governor stated that the company was appointed as a result of its proven track record in building construction. “Thinklab Group is well-equipped to handle the project’s demands, ensuring high-quality delivery,” the Governor said.
According to report, the event was well-attended by dignitaries. Among which included the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), cabinet members, traditional rulers, community stakeholders.
In his remark, the Chief Executive Officer of Thinklab Group, Sa’id Kori thanked the Governor of Kaduna State.
He said, “With a proven track record in building construction, industrial facilities, civil structures, roads, and infrastructure, Thinklab Group is well-equipped to handle the project’s demands and will ensure high-quality delivery.”
The Group Managing Director, Babagana Mohammed also appreciated the Governor for trusting them to deliver the developmental project.
