Veteran actress Kate Henshaw has refuted rumours circulating on social media stating the demise of legendary actor, Olu Jacobs.
Henshaw, who took to her social media handle condemned in strong words the rumour of the death of Jacobs.
She warned strongly against the harmful practice of spreading false death reports concerning Jacobs.
Henshaw also expressed her dismay at the recurring nature of such rumours . Which, she said, unnecessarily distresses the actor and his family.
She wrote on her official X page: “How you people put up RIP posts about someone who is still alive, year in and year out is very sickening, TBH!!!
“You do this to this great man and his family all the time!! It is all shades of wrong!! Stop for goodness’s sake!! UNCLE OLU JACOBS is ALIVE!!!”.
Henshaw, therefore, urged people to verify information before sharing. She also cautioned that people should respect the privacy and dignity of living individuals.
Recall that it has been rumoured over time that the legendary actor, Olu Jacobs has passed on. And in all the rumours it turned out to be a lie
